About

The Journey. The Growth. The Purpose.

Myles Herbert is a collegiate student-athlete currently competing as a freshman guard for the Messiah University Men’s Basketball Team during the 2025–2026 season. A native of Houston, Texas, Myles has built his basketball journey on discipline, faith, and a commitment to continuous growth — on and off the court.

Standing 5’10”, Myles wears jersey #4 and brings a high basketball IQ, composure, and team-first mentality to the guard position. His path to the college level reflects intentional development, including a post–high school prep year at Massanutten Military Academy, where he gained valuable experience competing against elite national talent and further matured as a player and leader. From his early beginnings in youth leagues across Texas to high-level prep competition and now collegiate basketball, Myles has consistently embraced the process of improvement.

His game is defined by attention to detail, decision-making, defensive effort, and an understanding of how to impact winning beyond the stat sheet. Equally committed in the classroom, Myles exemplifies what it means to be a student-athlete, balancing academics, athletics, and personal growth while representing his university with integrity and purpose.

As he continues to grow within the MAC Commonwealth Conference and beyond, this space will serve as a home for progress, reflection, and connection.

Faith. Focus. Growth.
